Dammam Port (King Abdulaziz Port on the Arabian Gulf) is the correct port for Eastern Province projects — Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Dhahran and any Aramco-related work. Riyadh projects in central Saudi Arabia are roughly equidistant; choose whichever port your freight forwarder prefers for inland trucking economics.
What is the lead time from order to Saudi port?
Standard saddle-type ZSJZ ships in 15 to 20 days from order. Stainless steel adds 5 to 10 days, and explosion-proof Ex variants require 30 to 45 days due to certification documentation. Sea freight from Ningbo to Jeddah takes approximately 25 to 30 days; to Dammam approximately 22 to 28 days. Total project lead time is typically 40 to 75 days depending on product mix and destination port.
